We reserve dedicated time for every client to ensure a seamless, refined, and reliable experience.
Booking Confirmation
All services must be booked through our official system. Confirmation is required to secure your appointment.
48-Hour Notice
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours in advance are accepted with no fee.
Late Cancellation
Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover reserved time.
Same-Day Cancellation
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to the full service amount.
Arrival Window
We operate within a 1–2 hour arrival window to account for traffic, route timing, and service flow.
Property Access
If we are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a lockout fee may apply.
